A native Texan, Michael Cramer grew up in the piney woods of East Texas before moving to Mesquite, where he graduated from high school in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1991 from the University of North Texas and continued his education at Southern Methodist University, where he earned his law degree in 1994.

After admission to the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Cramer opened his own law firm in Mesquite and began his career as an attorney. While capable of assisting with most business law issues, he is best known for his accomplishments in commercial litigation and, in fact, has represented hundreds of clients in litigation matters. His experience, coupled with know-how gleaned from running his own business for fourteen years, uniquely qualifies him to work with businesses both as an attorney and as a trusted adviser who understands the problems his clients face. Mr. Cramer handles almost all aspects of business litigation and corporate work for companies of any size, from closely-held businesses to publicly-traded corporations.

Beyond his role as an attorney, Mr. Cramer is also involved in the community. He currently serves as a Deacon at Point View Baptist Church in Combine, Texas and is past President of Mesquite AMBUCS, a charitable organization that provides specially-designed tricycles to disabled children.
