Originally from Burleson, Texas, Mark attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he majored in political science and participated in an on-campus organization focused on service and leadership development, while working two jobs throughout most of college.
After graduating from Texas A&M in May 2011, Mark attended what was then Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas, which later became Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Mark was a member of two traveling mock trial teams, a student research assistant to Professor Gina Warren, as well as a clerk for several law firms and a local judge. Mark also received several academic scholarships and consistently made the Dean’s List.
After graduating from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2014, Mark worked as a petroleum landman, with a focus on large-scale acquisitions of mineral interests. Since leaving the oil and gas industry to practice law, Mark has provided legal services to a wide variety of businesses, including car dealerships, commercial freight companies, and restaurants.
Mark joined Bailey & Galyen in 2014, in our Fort Worth office on Summit Avenue. In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities, such as running and cycling.
